Ingredients:

• Smoked Christmas ham (approx 2-3kg or what fits in your air fryer)
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
• 10g whole cloves

Method:

1. Pull the rind off the ham and score in a criss cross pattern
2. Mix together the brown sugar, maple syrup and mustard
3. Push the whole cloves into each segment and coat evently with the maple sauce
4. Put ham in the air fryer on 200 for 30 minutes
5. Remove from the air fryer and carve
