3 INGREDIENT FERRERO ROCHER CHRISTMAS SNAP

Ingredients:
- 14 Ferrero Rochers (or however big you would like to make it!)
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Method:
- Preheat oven to 140 degrees celsius
- Take the foil wrapping off the Ferrero Rochers’ and place on a lined baking tray approx 1cm distance apart from each other
- Place dried cranberries evenly amongst the Ferrero chocolates
- Place another piece of baking paper over the top of the Ferrero Rochres and smashdown with a jar to combine, making a 1cm layer thick chocolate slab
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the Christmas Snap.
- Place in the oven for 5 minutes (keeping a close eye on it so it doesn’t burn)
- Remove from the oven and place in the freezer for approximately 1 hour or fridge for 2-3 hours.
- When ready to eat, crack and enjoy!
