Skate City Workshop

Join the excitement at Skate City, a skating workshop tailored for young skate enthusiasts aged 5-12 from 8th - 21st July!

Get ready for a day filled with flips, tricks, and ollies as kids ride on custom-built ramps led by experienced instructors. Participants will work through a series of skill-building workshops, ensuring that both beginners and seasoned riders alike will level up their skate game.

Safety is our top priority, with certified instructors overseeing every session to guarantee a secure and enjoyable experience for all. So, grab your boards and join us for a day of rad moves and unforgettable memories! 

Please note, parental supervision is required at all times during the workshop and parents will be required to complete a permission form on the day for children to participate.

Skateboards, helmets and safety pads will be provided at all skate workshop sessions.

Do I need to book my Skate City Workshop session?

You'll need to pre-book your session as we have a limited number of spots per session. There won't be any walk-in sessions available for this activity. 
What are the times for the workshops?

Workshops run daily from 8th - 21st July 2024.
Session times each day are 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm.
Each workshop runs for 1 hour.
What time should I arrive for my booking?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booking to allow for check in. 
Where is the Skate Workshop located?

The workshop is located on P5 Blue Carpark.

Directions: 
  • The best car park entry is via Pearson Street.
  • Locate the Customer Service Desk, near JB Hi-Fi on Level 1. 
  • Access to the carpark is via the escalator opposite the Customer Service Desk (next to Prouds the Jeweller).

These skate workshops are suitable for kids aged between 5 - 12 years.

Yes! Whether your child is stepping onto a skateboard for the first time or already a budding skate prodigy, the workshop caters to all skill levels.

Kids will be split into 3 groups on the day depending on their skill level.

Skateboards, helmets and safety pads will be provided.

If you are unable to make your session time, you can reschedule or cancel via Humanitix. Just follow the link in your booking confirmation email. 

Please note - refunds and cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of the session.

Yes! This event is hosted in an undercover carpark at the centre, so workshops will continue if there is wet weather.
