Josh has worked both as a PT and Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as a manager of many gyms and an owner of his own supplement store. He has a passion for both not only helping individuals but working a lot with charity too. Richard has been working with ASN for over three years and has a background in Nutrition and Dietetics. His main passion is body composition and supporting customers in their diet and training plans. Both Josh and Richard as well as Charlestown’s other staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and love helping people achieve their goals, no matter how big or small, for over five years now. For many years now our reputation is second to none due the results our customers receive and the incredible feedback we are always receiving.
