  4. National Reconciliation Week 2025

We acknowledge National Reconciliation Week (27 May – 3 June) as a time to reflect, respect, and take meaningful steps toward a more inclusive future.
This National Reconciliation Week (NRW) we’re committed to understanding how we can make a real difference in our communities through engaging with First Nations partners and suppliers to support thriving cultures and positive economic outcomes

This year’s theme, Bridging Now to Next, reminds us that reconciliation is a journey we all share — connecting the past with a future built on truth, understanding, and unity.

We honour the histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and reaffirm our commitment to walking together toward lasting change.

NRW 2025 Banner

In the #NRW2025 theme artwork (above) created by Kalkadoon woman Bree Buttenshaw, native plants − which are known for regenerating after fire and thriving through adversity − symbolise our collective strength and the possibilities of renewal. This is a time for growth, reflection, and commitment to walking together.
