To enter the competition the entrant must complete the online entry form found at www.simoncurwood.com.au/win or www.winmyring.com between Monday 2nd February 2026 and 11.59pm Sunday 15th March 2026 AEDST. Delivery of the custom designed ring will take approximately 8 weeks after the CAD drawing has been approved. Total prize pool valued at $200,000 RRP The winner will be required to have a consultation at the store they have selected on their entry form, to finalise the design. If the winner does not live locally the design can be created and approved via phone/email. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If for any reason any aspect of the Win your Dream Ring Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Simon Curwood Jewellers, Simon Curwood Jewellers may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation. The competition will be drawn on Thursday 19th March 2026 AEDST by random selection and the winner will be notified via telephone and email by Simon Curwood Jewellers. The winner’s full name may be published via our social media accounts by Friday 20th March 2026, unless otherwise stipulated by Simon Curwood Jewellers. The winners’ details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published on www.simoncurwood.com.au from Friday 20th March for 30 days. Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winner, in the event that for any reason the winner cannot be notified after reasonable attempts, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after 14 days, it will be redrawn at 1pm on Friday 4th April 2026 at the place as the original draw and the winner notified by Simon Curwood Jewellers. Prize winners consent to providing their full names & any associated social media handles to Simon Curwood Jewellers. This must be provided at the consultation stage. Prize winners consent to provide photos of the couple as per Simon Curwood guidelines (photos must include a picture of the couple, showing their faces). This must be provided at the consultation stage. Simon Curwood Jewellers will publish photos of the winner’s design & custom-made ring, along with proposal story. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and that they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition. • Simon Curwood Jewellers may use the information provided on the entry form to contact the entrant or their partner, to discuss an engagement ring. All non-winning first-time entries will be entitled to a discount voucher (with a minimum spend) to purchase an engagement ring if they so desire. All entrants that do not wish to use their discount voucher will be entitled to a free promotional silver ring valued at approx. $199 RRP. Upon accepting as the winning entrant, the winner will confirm a proposal to take place prior to the 31 July 2026. If winners can not commit to propose prior to this date they will forfeit their winnings and the prize for the nominated store and the competition will be re-drawn. If the prize has been redeemed and the time lapses the winner may be liable to cover the cost of the prize. SA winners are exempt.
