HALLOUMI AND CHORIZO TOOTHPICKS

INGREDIENTS:
  •  Halloumi
  • Chorizo
  • Basil leaves

DIRECTIONS:

1. Slice the chorizo into bite sized pieces and fry off in a frypan until golden.

2. Repeat with the haloumi cheese so it is golden and slightly gooey.

3. Skewer one piece of chorizo, haloumi and a large basil leaf on a skewer or large toothpick.
